Deployment to Android weird problem?!

Well, when I export my android game in shipping mode and then I copy the apk file and install it on my machine it never works.

But if I followed my installation for the apk file by connecting my s5 to pc and “launch” the game it runs ! Even if I disconnect the usb, even if I reboot my s5 it still runs!

Anyway to ultimately getting the final apk which should be uploaded to play store and run immediately with none of this hassle??

Thank you for your report. We were not able to investigate this on the engine version you reported, but there have been many version changes to UE4 since this question was first posted. With a new version of the Engine comes new fixes and it is possible that this issue has changed or may no longer occur. Due to timetable of when this issue was first posted, we are marking this post as resolved for tracking purposes.
