Problem with FPS on mobile

I have strange problems with FPS on my Nexsus 7 (2012):

  1. Here i have a light scene with 60 FPS: Clip2Net — screen capture tool for Windows, Android, iPad, Mac, Linux
  2. Here i have a heavy scene (63488 poly on sphere) with 42 FPS: Clip2Net — screen capture tool for Windows, Android, iPad, Mac, Linux
  3. When on a light scene some object cross 1 border of screen FPS drop from 60to46: Clip2Net — screen capture tool for Windows, Android, iPad, Mac, Linux
  4. When on a light scene some object cross 2 border of screen FPS drop from 46to28: Clip2Net — screen capture tool for Windows, Android, iPad, Mac, Linux
  5. When objects cross all 4 borders FPS drops to 11.

Is that a bug or Engine limits? How can I fix it?
