I downloaded the Zen app for iOS, but whenever I try to open it, it always immediately closes. I have deleted it, and reinstalled it 3 times, but no change.
I’m guessing maybe it only works on 64-bit processor which is only iPhone 5s, 6, and 6+.
Same problem happens on my iPhone 5. It crashes all the time after the Unreal logo.
It’s probably not that, since you woudn’t be able to download it from the app store if you use a older device. Also it shoudn’t be only on 64-bit ios devices.
if I remember it would support devices running ios 8, so iphone 4s and up and ipad 3 and up. I hope that’s at least the case because I got an ipad4 a few weeks ago and I wanted to play the zen garden demo. I am crossing my fingers hoping that Epic fixes it so I can play the darn thing
