I tried several times this morning to access the download page and it is not showing up

Hi Jlnsvfx,

What download page are you referring to specifically?

Is it the Dashboard that shows the Download Links for Mac and Windows once you log in?

If not can you post a link to the page you’re referring?

I logged in and clicked on the download button in Explorer and Chrome.

Hi jlnsvfx,

I’m not able to reproduce this on my end. I’ve gone to UnrealEngine.com and logged in to see the download screen. I’ve clicked the download button and immediately will get a download for the launcher.msi file.

Are you able to test this in another internet browser or from another computer that’s possibly on a different network? It seems it may be something with your internet service provider or maybe a firewall that may cause the issue.

I’m not sure what caused this - I tried on another machine and got to the download page. So I am good for now.
