Why is my purchased app not working?

I can’t open the app. I bought it from Apple’s App Store.

I got my iPad Christmas 2012. I think is 2 generations or 3td.

Thank you for reporting this issue. You may wish to contact apple with this issue as it seems you may be experiencing an issue with the iTunes store. You can find their support site here: Official Apple Support

As I am unsure of the exact App that you have purchased, it may have something to do with the CPU of the device. We have had an issue with our Zen Garden app going out to devices that could not support metal, thus causing the app to not open.
