Light baking inconsistant

I’m having issues with the results of baking lights. I have a hospital waiting room, with several chair static meshes and several static spot lights. For some reason the chairs have drastic differences in how their receiving shadows. I have a screenshot below.

Any ideas?

Is each row of chairs a single mesh or are the chairs separate as single meshes? And just to make sure, you have proper lightmap UV’s for those meshes, right?

Yea looks like a few meshes snuck in without their lightmap UVs.
