I can't send my reply to Unreal Engine Billing about my educational license apply

Hello,

I recently applied for the educational UE4 license for my university.

Anita E from Unreal Engine Billing department asked for some info due to my application.

I’m trying to answer, but my emails came back.

I guess the problem is I registered with guven.catak@bahcesehir.edu.tr but now my email is guven.catak@comm.bahcesehir.edu.tr as a result of an update in the university email system.

Could you help me with that please? Could you change my email to guven.catak@comm.bahcesehir.edu.tr in my registration?

I just spoke with the team and they have your information and are processing it now. We are looking into what is causing the emails to be blocked, but it looks like they will be processing your request without issue.

The codes you will receive will give you access to the Mac version of UE4 as well.
