Greetings. At Unreal Engine, I found out that you can enter a code in Code Redemption? What are those codes? What do they do? Where to get them?

Codes are generally for granting active subscription time. Right now there are codes being given to students from their teachers who are using our academic program. If you are a student, you can request that your teacher or other full-time faculty member apply for these codes.
