Has anyone been able to package an iOS game for distribution?

Have ported a project to UE4.4.3.
Haven’t had any problems launching/testing my games on iOS from a windows machine. However, when i set the project settings to shipping/distribution and then package, the packaging process returns an IPP ERROR at system.security.cryptography… stating that the keyset does not exist. I have a cert for both dev and distribution, and have tried both a .p12 file as well as a .key, but neither are recognized. maybe these are located in the wrong directory? any thoughts on where UE4 wants these files to exist, or what might be causing this?
