Perforce setup with unreal

Should we include every Unreal-generated folder/file in version control or are there some we should exclude?

We recently had a problem with perforce refusing to check in files that we had checked out manually–it appears that Unreal deleted a bunch of temporary files–as a result, we had a large changelist of missing/checked-out files.
