[Request] Folders are always open after editor restart (scene outliner)

I find it really annoying that every time I restart the editor, all the folders in the scene outliner are automatically open. No matter if I have closed them in the last session or not. I would really appreciate if the editor could remember my folder settings.

Thank you for the feedback. This is a known issue that we are currently looking into. It is TTP# 341292 in our tracking software.
