Hello!
I have been trying to install unreal engine on my mac and after reading every possible post and trying almost anything
I have ran out of ideas.
When I click install, the engine starts downloading at 10mb, then 5mb the it works its way down to 0kbs and eventually fails.
I have enough space, I check my router to make sure ports were available and still nothing.
I also increase the http timeouts as I saw in another post.
I try to get the logs but I have not been able to figure out where do they go on a mac,
I followed the instructions here but I can’t find them.
any help would be greatly appreciated since I have had the account for almost a month and have not been able to
use it at all because I can’t download the engine.

Make sure to follow the step for getting your Verbose Logs carefully and you should be able to find the logs for Mac here:
The config setting goes to just Engine.ini for mac (not Default), and they are located at: /Users/[USERNAME]/Library/Preferences/Unreal Engine/UnrealEngineLauncher/Mac
If this isn’t correct, please let us know.
Once you get the logs, post them here and we will continue troubleshooting.
