Brush manipulator doesn't adjust to brush rotation

When working with brushes in 4.4.1, the manipulators (scale and translation) ignore the brushes rotation, always pointing in same direction making scale after rotation inaccurate and translation a challenge. Transform gizmo coordinates are to to the object’s and not the world.

This is a known issue. It’s been reported internally and we’re working on it.

It looks like by 4.4.3, the transform gizmo uses world coordinates for BSPs.

The scale, however, is still a known issue.
