Questions about UE4 in Books and Video production

Hey,

I am currently looking to possibly leave the video game industry behind. I am wanting to still use Unreal Engine 4 though for books and video production in a small business that I want to start in the table top games space.

Here are my questions -

Would I be allowed to use UE4 renders / Screen Grabs in Books? (Think Dungeons and Dragons or Warhammer 40k.)

Would I be allowed to use UE4 in video production for Video Production for a Table Top game?

Both of those uses are permitted by the EULA. And I wouldn’t expect any royalties to be due. Certainly not on a screen grab for a book, and not for a video if it meets this exemption:

Revenue from linear media which is Distributed in a form that does not contain or, in order to deliver, rely on servers running the Licensed Technology (e.g., broadcast or most streamed video files, cartoons, or movies);
