Unable to start launcher after install

I recently changed my computer and wanted to reinstall UE4 but for some reason the launcher won’t open at all after the first install. It seems to hang a few seconds on “Installing DirectX”. According to windows everything installed properly. The installer I used is “UnrealEngineInstaller-1.7.1-2304152”. I tried looking around for a solution but found nothing that could fix this so I thought I would provide my DXDiag (see attachment).

Any help would be appreciated.

Turns out updating my drivers fixed everything, I probably forgot this step right before installing UE4.
