won't go fullscreen in VR mode

When I alt-enter or run the fullscreen command it doesn’t go full screen it resizes to almost fullscreen but says in a window. I have screen shot to show what is happening.

This happens with any project new or old with version 4.4.3 and also with the 4.5 preview reslease. I using a DK2 and Oculus SDK 0.4.2

Just so I’m understanding you correctly, are you having an issue with the Oculus view not going fullscreen or the view on computer monitor?

I was saying the mirrored image doesn’t go fullscreen. I am now thinking I guess it shouldn’t but it is odd when I go alt enter it does resize to fullscreen resolution but has the window toolbar so it is a bit taller and wider than my 1920x1080 screen. On the rift it is fine. This wouldn’t be a big issue I guess but the main problem is I get much worse performance (in vr mode) if any part of the screen is on two monitors which always happens when it resizes to 1920x1080 because the window bar adds a bit. I was hoping it would go windowless full screen so I wouldn’t have to incur this penalty.

If you use Alt+Enter to resize to full screen you can then press the tilda key to regain mouse control and then use the “Maximize Window” button to resize the fullscreen window to a single monitor. Clicking back inside the window and pressing tilda twice more will get you back to ingame controls.

Is there a way to do this in the blueprints so I don’t need to click maximise after opening the game?
