Unable to download anything newer than 4.3.1

I’ve been using UE4 for a couple months now, and stopped using it for a few weeks. When I returned to update to 4.4.3 to keep up with my peers, I was not given the option. When I first start the launcher it shows that 4.4.1 is available, but clicking to install it either installs 4.3.1 or a lower version, if that one is installed.

I’ve been trying to troubleshoot it, but to no avail. My subscription is active, and I require the latest versions of the editor to keep working. Hopefully someone can resolve my issue. I have tried reinstalling the launcher as well as removing all older engine versions.

Here is the verbose log, as requested.

Edit: The launcher finally allowed me to download what it said was version 4.4.1, and upon completion it seems to be version 4.4.3.

Hopefully it will continue to work properly, but perhaps the log can shed some light on the cause at least.

Hi Kabutak,

Thanks for posting. You are not alone in this, as this same issue just occurred to me while at home over the weekend. Sorry for the inconvenience, this is under investigation and we’ll let you know as we have information or more questions for you.

Hi Kabutak,

I know this isn’t an issue for you anymore but we wanted to make sure that any other users that have this issue know that a fix has been submitted and will be included in an future update as soon as possible.

Thanks,
