I have just tried to run the unreal 4 installer but recieved an error message saying “this installation package is not supported by this processor type. contact your product vendor”. What do i need to do?

The computer that you are attempting to install the Engine on, chances are that it is a 32 bit machine and the engine requires a 64 bit machine to run, this is listed in our Getting Started Guide/FAQ, here:
If your machine is a 64 bit machine, please upload a copy of your DXDIAG. This should let us know your exact system specifications so we can investigate further.
