Is it possible to project UMG Widgets onto a model in-game?

Hello!
Just a quick question,

Is it possible to project a UMG HUD onto an object and use the projected hud as a menu?

Basically, if anyone has ever seen the anime;Sword Art Online, I won’t go into specifics but it’s about a VR game and when they open their hud, it emits from the player as if like a hologram and then they use the hud.

one day there will be a UMG_Component that you can add to blueprints, but im not sure if that will be ready for 4.5
