Workflow Question on AnimStarterPack

I just recently downloaded the AnimStarterPack

I noticed that the Aimoffsets are all stuffed into one animsequence ( Aim_Space_Ironsights )

Given that the proper way to set up AimOffset is to drop in individual Poses in either BlendSpace, I’m wondering why are the animations in one asset? Does Epic has another way to set this up?

The solution i came up with was to create a copy of that animsequence(Aim_Space_Ironsights or Hip) and remove all the unnecessary key-frames of the animation, by right-clicking on the sequence track.

But I’m also wandering for a more intelligent way to do this…
