Set actor forward to look at target

I want to have an actor basically look at a target vector. That is the actor is rotate so its forward vector when drawn out would eventually intersect with the given target vector. I tried to find a “LookAt” function, but that doesn’t seem to exist. Any help is appreciated.

I have figured that part out and was able to find the proper rotations, but the actor doesn’t rotate correctly towards the target.
