Latest UT: Project files are out of date

I just download latest version of UT project from Github and when trying to open it in editor, it says “Project modules are missing or out of date. Would you like to recompile them?”

I’ve seen this before and if I remember correctly, all I needed to do was change engine version for project to latest version of engine. However, this time it is already set to latest. It’s set to 4.4 and I’m running 4.4.3 (there is not option to switch to iterations of each version, only main version number: 4.2, 4.3, 4.4)

What do I need to do so I can get this running?
