Hello
I just bought UE4 and it crashes when it’s launched
My computer specs are:
Toshiba
Qosmio X70-A
Intel Core i7-4700 MQ COU @2.40GHz 2.40GHz (8 cores)
32.0 gb of RAM
Windows 8.1 64-bit
Intel HD Graphics 4600
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770M
UE4 is installed in the C drive which is a SSD
I’ve attached a DXDiag report to this post
thank you!

Hello alobf,
I would like for you to make sure your integrated graphics card is disabled.

Thank you very much that worked!
But now I’m having a really bad problem with the launcher and the editor
When I open the Unreal Engine Launcher it uses 30% of my CPU, and when I move the window around it goes up to 100%!!!
When I open the editor it gets much worse, the CPU stays almost at 100% of usage even though I’m at the lowest graphics quality
thanks!

Glad to know that disabling the integrated graphics card was the correct solution for you. However, if you could post the problem with your CPU maxing out as a new issue that would help us out. This helps with the tracking and organization of user issues. You can post a link in a new comment under this issue and I will be more than happy to hop on the new challenge.
Please and Thank you
