In the AttachTo functions the Snap To Target seems not to fit in rollout, unlike previously.

Thanks for your report! I was able to reproduce issue and have entered a bug report for our developers (TTP# 349597). It looks like being zoomed out lower than 1:1 will have this effect on drop down menus for Attach To nodes (including Attach Actor to Actor and Attach Actor to Component).
I’ll let you know if I see an update. In meantime, being zoomed in to 1:1 will fit drop down inside node as expected, and while zoomed out you can scroll up and down inside drop down menu. Hope that helps!
