Why aimoffset with base pose causes arms glitch

So I have an Aimoffset asset and an Animation Sequence. The Animation Sequence is the same animation used as the center of the Aimoffset.
Within the Animation Blueprint, I’ve setup the Animation to play and it works fine, as seen in bellow screenshot:

If I instead, use the Aimoffset without a Base Pose, it works correctly too, as seen in below screenshot:

But, once I connect the Animation Sequence to the Aimoffset, this is what happens with the arms:

Solved by setting the Base Pose Type to selected animation frame.
