Hi, when I create e.g. an event, and name it xxxyyy and delete it, I cannot name a new event xxxyyy.
The same thing occurs with file names in the content browser. When I delete an asset, I cannot name a new asset like it, there is even a file left in system.

I reproduced this problem internally and have submitted it to our internal tracking system (TTP #349839) for further investigation. There should be a fix in a future update to the engine.
