Engine fails to launch with DK2 plugged in

I have mad an Oculus experience that works fine with my Desktop, and works fine on my laptop when the Oculus is not connected. However when I try to launch the editor or any application using the engine with the DK2 plugged in it fails to launch, and displays a message saying “DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine”. The machine has an Nvidia Quadro K2100m which supports feature level 10.0 and beyond, but reviewing the log files it seems when the DK2 is connected, it is defaulting to the integrated gpu. Any advice on how to fix the issue? attached are the logs from running an application with the Oculus plugged in (MyProject.fail) and running the application with the DK2 unplugged (MyProject.noDK2). I have tried going into Nvidia control panel and forcing it to use the K2100m, but this seems to do nothing. I am running windows 8.1, and have updated Unreal (thought these logs are from an older build), the Oculus runtine, and windows.
