Post process see through wall and mark specific actors

Hi all ! I want make special vision mode for my character by PP Material Effect. I want something like sonar effect in Splinter cell conviction but my effect mark special static mesh not npc.

Here is a really basic setup that should get you started. It is not 100% see through like in your picture but with a little artistic tweaking you can use this setup to get something very close to what you are looking for:

For the Post Process Material that you will want to put in a Unbound Post Process Volume as a Blendable:

For the Implentation, I am using a simple K pressed called from the level Blueprint, but this could be called as you need it:
