Why my animation has not been imported properly?

Hello,

As you will see in the video attached, I have created the most easier animation possible in maya and then exported it to FBX (You can see the details into on the screenshot attached : “ExportFBXFromMaya.JPG”)
and imported it in UE4 ( You can see the details into on the screenshot attached : “ImportUE4.JPG”).
But the animation doesn’t work at all… Even if I change the Axis Conversion into maya…

Could you please help me and explain me what have I done wrong ?

Hey SenTineLs -

It looks like, at first glance, that the mesh itself is rotating in Maya (Vertex Animation) but the bone is not (Skeletal Animation). Animations on bones are all that will be imported into the engine.
