Hi,
I just installed UE4 (the launcher anyways) and it doesn’t want to start.
I’ve installed the redist .exe’s and that changed nothing.
Upon attempting to launch, it just gives me the ‘loading’ icon before promptly disappearing again. I’ve Googled the issue, of course and i can’t find anything, not a lot of people appear to have the problem i’m having bar a few.
Specs:
i7 - 3770K
GTX 970
8GB RAM

On another system, i just installed service pack 1.
When trying to install the launcher it just asks for SP1 for windows 7 to be installed. A tad confused here…
Can anyone, please help!?
On your second system, did you install SP1 using Windows Update? Did it prompt you for a restart? Many times, Windows updates are not applied until the computer is restarted.
