How do to add a blueprint macro library to other blueprint without parenting?

I have created a separate blueprint macro library from the actor blueprints i want to integrate it with. I have done the tutorial on the macro library and at the end there is no information on how to integrate the macro library into another blueprint. I have made macros in the same blueprint i want to integrate it into but am not having success on how to link them together. how would you link these blueprints together without parenting? if it is possible.
