Replication only triggering on Client 1

So I’ve got an action on the player pawn (an RTS style camera) that replicates to the server, and then hands the command off to selecting units (characters that are spawned server side at the start of the game).

I’ve tried setting up the event in the second capture to Multicast, Run on server, everything, when I do get a screen line I get “Client 1” running the event but not the server.

I have no idea what’s wrong with it.
