Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Starter Content UFO Rotating top Animation?

I was looking at the starter content UFO. It has two static meshes as part of its components, the main body and the top. When you play the game the top spins. How do they achieve this? I have only been using UE for the last few days, so sorry if this is a stupid question.

I'm trying to make a fairly basic aircraft. I have the Movement pretty much figured out. Based it on the UFO but adjusted it slightly so you can pitch up and down,+Roll. The reason Why I was trying to understand how the UFO top rotates is because I might be able to use it to make some kind of Gear up +gear Down System.

I know how they do it now. I was overlooking the inputs node in the blueprint.
