Starter Content UFO Rotating top Animation?

I was looking at the starter content UFO. It has two static meshes as part of its components, the main body and the top. When you play the game the top spins. How do they achieve this? I have only been using UE for the last few days, so sorry if this is a stupid question.

I’m trying to make a fairly basic aircraft. I have the Movement pretty much figured out. Based it on the UFO but adjusted it slightly so you can pitch up and down,+Roll. The reason Why I was trying to understand how the UFO top rotates is because I might be able to use it to make some kind of Gear up +gear Down System.

I know how they do it now. I was overlooking the inputs node in the blueprint.
