You will continue to update udk or is intended to be the February version as the last?

But the UDK pages and downloads are showing 404. Is it still available?

This should now be fixed. Try www.udk.com now.

Hey Xatrius,

We do intend to release more updates for UDK, but our primary focus is UE4. The updates will mostly be fixes and iOs compatibility updates.
