Model Texture import bug

When i import my textured model one of the faces appers invisible, this only happens on textured models. none textured models when i import them are fine

Does anyone know how to fix this?

This is not a bug but a simple fix with you model in your modeling software. You’ll need to open the model in your modeling software and flip that particular face that is causing the issue. It looks like you’re using 3Ds Max. Go into to polygon mode and select that particular face(s) and in the selection bar on the right and select Flip.

You can verify this by opening the mesh in the mesh viewer and for that particular face if you click the Normals button on the toolbar you should see the green arrows pointing towards the inside of the model vs away from the model.
