[question] 2d animation like Unity 3d has with sequencer?

Two past days i try use Unity 3d and his animation component, i create simple 2d animation from sprites, state machine, and after try blend this stuff, and what i see i really like, all my animation has smooth transition (like if i have transition in unreal 4 state machine with bones), so i have question – when UE4 users get somthing like that?, can i do that in future with sequencer? because for now 2d in unreal ugly

some one know something about my question?
