Custom Rig Animation Help

I have a train rigged with other rigged models but the problem is i import everything and it works fine. The animations play through fine. When the game loads the rig explodes which looks where each of the capsules are from the joints. Each area which is weight painted is there i circled it thoroughly but the problem is they are seperate. Checked the skeletal mesh animations in the editor window and they look fine everything works. Can you begin a game with a model in its bind pose rather than being exploded by capsules.

Making a cinematic and the animation tutorials are helpful but this specific problem using custom rigs is happening.
