When I went to buy UE4 nothing really happened… Now I’m not sure whether it went through or not and I don’t know what to do. HALP!

Nope, just has the button to buy a subscription.

The subscribe button indicates that the system has not processed your payment and create subscription.
You can click on subscribe and enter the credit card information.
