Unreal Engine 4 Crashes on launch

Hello, I just bought unreal engine so try it out for my new project. I downloaded the installer and installed everything fine but when I try to launch the program afterwards it just crashes. Below is a proof-picture:

Hi Siggen, can you post your dxdiag file? What CPU are you using?

I am also crashing on launch - OSX 10.9.2 - Mac Pro 2013 !

Hi Siggen,

Can you upload the file as part of the post, we don’t have gyazo accounts - you can attach any file with the paperclip button on a comment or answer.

However, from the small glimpse they give you it looks like you’re running the OS in Swedish mode. While our localization system should just work, it’s possible there’s a bug in the launcher. Can you try changing it back to English US to see if that fixes it?

Here’s the whole dxdiag file. Yeah just tried switching it to English US but it still crashes before the launcher so it didn’t work sadly :frowning:

Hi reefG, can you post a screenshot of what you see when it crashes? Also, can you attach the log? It should be in Documents\UnrealEngineLauncher\Saved\Logs\

I am also having this same issue on Windows 8.1 64-bit

My crash Win8.1 64-bit when click launch (UE4Editor-Cmd.exe)

I reinstalled OS to Win7 64bit and works fine. I thing the problem was switching graphics (win8 dont have switch option, switch automatically).

Same proprem. I have install the .exe and i want to start udk for install data and i have always crash i just see a pop up windows and nothing. I have windows 7 64X, i7-4770k, 16g ram ,nvidia 660GTX.
