Playing game in Standalone causes materials to not show

So everything is well and good in editor mode.

But trying to play in standalone or packaging the game causes a bunch of objects to lose their material instances and show a checkerboard texture.

Does anyone know why this is?

Posted in the forums I figured it out, forgot to post here. The base materials had two bStaticLighting = true. One for the base and one to use on instances. The instance checkbox was not checked. It’s fixed now.

Thank you very much for your suggestion. i had the same problem. but for me inside the material instanced static was checked but when I made it unchecked and applied, it was automatically checked again and worked. I am using version 4.26

This helped me, thank you! I still have something weird where one of my fonts is always capitalized in the standalone env as well.
