"Coming soon" countries in subscribtion, when will it be ready?

Hi. I got excited about UE4 and all, with the headline says ‘for everyone’, only to be turned down by “(Coming Soon)” by the side of my country since yesterday.
I have been looking for an hour for infos but couldn’t find any clue about it, so here I am.
Can we just use any close available country for now? (who knows…there’s a tiny chance)
If not, how do we get updated once it’s ready? I cant come and check everyday.

I suspect this doesn’t matter now, as the subscription model no longer exists, and the engine is now available to download for free. I’ll mark this as resolved.
