Hello, I can not install the engine. The library tab continues to show “1 task queued”, but nothing is happening. Thank you.link text

Hi MMHuge,

From your log file it looks like you don’t have enough space left on your hard-drive to download the editor. Could you check and see how much disk space you have left on the drive you are installing on?

If you have sufficient space, please try the troubleshooting steps linked below. If nothing there fixes the issue, please follow the instructions towards the bottom of the page and post your ‘Verbose Logs’. They are different from the logs you provided above and will help us track down the issue. Make sure to look for the Mac instructions.

Hi, Thanks for the response.

Plenty of space available.

Attached is the log. I included the Clean Source Config logs as well, as the general Mac log appears to be empty. link text

The files you provided are the engine .ini files, the log files we need will end with .LOG. Try looking in this file below. If you went through the Verbose Log steps you should have a .log inside.

/Users/[USERNAME]/Library/Preferences/Unreal Engine/UnrealEngineLauncher/Mac
