Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Can't cast AnimInstance to my Animation blueprint.

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to access to my Animation blueprint from my Pawn.

In order to do this,i'm following this post. So,i get a reference to my mesh in the blueprint event graph, then use "GetAnimInstance",but then, i can't cast it to my animation blueprint, basically the cast function doesn't appear into the dropdown menu.

It sound strange since in my pawn "Components" tab,i set my "Anim blueprint generated class" property. Also the animation work on the pawn so i really don't know why i can't access to it.

I'm using Unreal 4.5.1

Any ideas on why i can't get access to my animation blueprint?

Thanks in advance.

Ps:yes,i've tried unchecking the "Context sensitive" box.
