I have a mesh and skeletal animation with bones hierarchy by max biped. When you import the mesh, this looks good, but the animation itself crushed leaves.
Does anyone know why this happens?

I am assuming by the crushed you mean the mesh itself is being forced down through the ground?
If you wouldn't mind sharing this asset I can import it and attempt to test out where this is happening and how to fix it?
