[Direct X] Is there a way to set UE4 to DX10 without putting '-d3d10' or '-dx10' in the commandlet?

Without putting -d3d10 or -dx10 in the commandlet?

I’ve been looking for the last 4 hours or so for it in the config files but I’m at a loss…

No, you have to add the -d3d10 or -dx10 to the commandlet. UE4 is a native DX11 application.
