Editor Layout Issues using Windows Snap feature

I am having an issue where my editor window layout is not saved or restored properly when using Windows 8.1 Snap functionality. Repro:

  1. Maximize the primary editor window on one display.
  2. Create two additional editor windows and position them on the other display using Windows Snap (Win+LeftArrow or Win+RightArrow OR drag the title bar to the edge of the screen)
  3. Minimize and restore the Editor
  4. Note that window layouts are not maintained.

Is anyone else seeing this issue?

Thank you for reporting this. I’ve entered a bug report for this issue (UE-5305).

There is no time line of when this will be addressed, but once the fix is in I will verify and post all relevant information here.
