SphereReflectionCapture actors not working correctly?

So I wanted to take a look at the ThirdPerson template and the Particle Effects Showcase cave.

When i opened up the TPtemplate i was confronted with this:

Basically everything was white. After some trying around i made the SphereReflectionCollider in the Level invisible and that was the result:

Looking as it should be I guess?! Later i wanted to try the ParticleEffects cave and the same thing happened:

And after deactivating all the SphereReflectionColliders:

Are the ReflectionColliders bugged? Did i set up something wrong? Why is this looking so weird?

Can you open when of the offending maps and in the console commands dialog (The “~” key) and type in “show postprocessing” and see if the effect is eliminated and type it in again and see if the issue returns? Let me know those results and what version and type of the engine you are running (Launcher/Binary 4.5 or Source/GitHub 4.5.1)?
