Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Hi I'm trying to pay using my VISA Debit card, same one I use for all my online shopping, never had any issues, when I type the card number without spaces I get

Payment is declined.

If I use spaces it tells me that the card is not valid or something like that

please help


already wrote to billing since yesterday, no reply so far.

Just did, I sent like 3 yesterday :)

My bank said, nothing is blocked or rejected, there's no transactions at all

Hi Varomix, The error message that you saw typically means the financial institution that issues the card declined the authorization. We have a small number of similar cases like yours.

We recommend you contact your financial institutions to inquire about this. Alternatively you can try to use a different card. Prepaid credit card also works.
