I just installed 4.6 preview and when i loaded my project all flipbooks disappeared from editor .Although i can see them in content browser when i double click them flipbook editor is empty.

It looks like Materials it can’t find are all located in /Paper2D/Opacity_change_Materials. Am I correct in guessing you made some custom materials inside that folder, and that they are no longer there after converting to 4.6? If so, it’s because /Paper2D is a plugin folder, and when you save changes to materials in there it is not actually making changes to plugin. So when you convert your project to 4.6, you’re not bringing in a changed plugin.
To fix this, you can copy over that folder from your 4.5 project to 4.6 project and drop it in same place (/Paper2D). Then, for future, I would move those materials out of plugin folder and make sure all references are correct.
